Sheriff Timothy B. Howard reports that three persons were injured following a hit and run accident in the parking lot of Walmart on Transit Rd. in the Town of Clarence.

Erie County Sheriff’s Deputy Rozycki responded to complaint in the Town of Clarence after receiving a call that two pedestrians were struck by a vehicle in the parking lot of Walmart on Transit Rd.  The two minors received minor injuries and a third party who tried to stop the vehicle, described as being possibly a purple Chevy Beretta or Pontiac Grand Prix, fell from the vehicle as it was moving.  This person received some injuries (non-life threatening) and was taken to ECMC for treatment.
